Contact details.
Operator: PrivateSugarMatch
Email: support@PrivateSugarMatch.com
Mailing address: 1259 Everett Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky 40204, USA
Email is the contact channel for support and privacy enquiries. The mailing address identifies the operator’s contact address; it is not an invitation to visit an office or a member-meeting location. Our customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by email. The support inbox is not an emergency response service.
Write from an email address at which you can receive a reply. Choose a subject that describes the issue, such as “Website question”, “Privacy request” or “Report content”. A clear summary helps distinguish a general question from a matter concerning another person’s safety or personal information.
Questions about the website.
For a broken link, display problem or inaccurate description, include the full page address and explain what you expected to happen. If the issue concerns appearance, your device type, browser and a screenshot can help. Remove unrelated notifications, email addresses or other personal information from screenshots before sending them.
For questions about Private Sugar Match, include the relevant page or account reference where applicable. You do not need to submit an identity document to ask a general website question.
Membership and payment questions.
Private Sugar Match is completely free. We do not charge registration fees, verification fees, subscriptions, credits or paid messaging upgrades. If someone asks you for a payment while claiming to represent the platform, send us the context of that request rather than making the payment.
Never include card security codes, online-banking credentials, passwords or one-time login codes in a support message. If you have already made a suspicious payment, contact your payment provider directly using its official channel. The support inbox cannot reverse a transfer made to another person or guarantee recovery of money.
Safety concerns and reports.
Reports may concern impersonation, threats, harassment, scams, suspected involvement of a minor or content shared without permission. Describe the behaviour rather than relying only on a label. Include the relevant public page address, any available account reference, approximate dates and a concise explanation of what occurred.
Preserve original messages and other evidence when it is safe to do so. Screenshots can provide context, but avoid circulating intimate images or sensitive documents unnecessarily. Do not investigate another person by confronting them, accessing their accounts or exposing their personal details publicly.
If there is an immediate threat to someone’s safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not wait for an email response. We cannot provide crisis assistance or direct the actions of local authorities.
Privacy and personal-information requests.
You can use the support address to ask about information associated with your interaction with the website. Explain whether you want access to information, a correction, deletion or another privacy-related action. Supply the email address used for the relevant correspondence and enough context to locate it.
We may need to confirm that you are entitled to make the request before disclosing or changing information. This protects against another person obtaining access by impersonating you. Do not send a government identity document in your first message. If further evidence is necessary, the purpose and an appropriate way to provide it should be explained.
Requests concerning another person require appropriate authority. We may not disclose account or correspondence details merely because the requester is a friend, partner or relative. See our Privacy Policy for further information.
Content removal and corrections.
If a photograph, quotation or other material identifies you without permission, identify its exact location and explain your connection to it. For a rights-related complaint, state which material you own or are authorised to represent. Do not submit unrelated personal histories or information about third parties.
For an editorial correction, quote the relevant passage and explain the factual issue. A supporting source helps us distinguish an error from a difference of opinion. We may request clarification, correct a statement, remove material or explain why the available information does not support a change.
What to expect after contacting us.
Enquiries will be considered according to their subject and the information available. Support is available 24/7; the time needed to resolve an issue depends on its complexity and the information required. Duplicate messages can make a thread harder to follow; if you have additional evidence, reply to the original correspondence where possible.
We may retain relevant correspondence to handle the enquiry, document a decision or address further related concerns. We will not use a support interaction as permission to publish your story. General platform information is also available in our FAQ and Safety & Verification guidance.
