HELP & INFORMATION

Frequently Asked Questions

Understand the community, the membership model and your choices before you begin.

The service and membership.

What is Private Sugar Match?

Private Sugar Match is an adult sugar dating brand built around privacy, considered introductions and focused conversations. The membership experience combines AI recommendations with a single chat-enabled Active Connection at a time. People can explore different forms of companionship, including lasting partnerships or shorter, discreet connections, while remaining responsible for communicating their own expectations.

Is the service completely free?

Yes. Private Sugar Match is completely free. There are no subscription charges, credit purchases, membership fees or paid messaging upgrades. We do not require a payment to verify your identity or release a recommendation. Treat any such request from a person claiming to represent us as suspicious and email support@PrivateSugarMatch.com.

Who can apply?

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, act on their own behalf and be able to use the service lawfully where they live. Membership depends on completing the required verification and agreeing to the community rules. A person’s resources, professional position or preferred relationship style does not exempt them from those requirements.

Where can I learn about joining?

Our Membership page explains eligibility, admission standards and the completely free service. How It Works describes the steps from establishing a profile to beginning an Active Connection. For help with the application process, contact support@PrivateSugarMatch.com.

Recommendations and conversations.

How does the AI matchmaker use my profile?

The AI matchmaker uses basic profile information and stated preferences to recommend potentially relevant members. Its purpose is to reduce the effort of searching and filtering. Recommendations depend on the information people supply; they do not independently establish personality, financial circumstances or intentions. You choose whom to approach.

What is an Active Connection?

An Active Connection is the person with whom you have an open platform chat. Under this model, each member can have only one such connection at any time. The current connection must end before another chat-enabled connection begins. This is a product rule for platform messaging, rather than a requirement about a member’s private life outside the service.

Can I discover and save more than one person?

Yes. Discovery and saved profiles are separate from chat. You can keep track of several people who interest you without opening multiple simultaneous conversations. Saving someone is a personal bookmark, not a reservation, an accepted introduction or a claim on their attention. They remain free to decide whether they wish to connect.

Verification, privacy and conduct.

What does verification establish?

Identity checks are intended to help confirm that an applicant is the person represented in the profile. Individual human review examines the consistency of submitted details and photographs. Verification is not a criminal background check, proof of wealth or a guarantee of future behaviour. Read the verification guidance for the intended scope.

Can I conceal my face in profile photos?

Photo-masking controls are for members who prefer to limit public facial visibility. They do not replace the private identity checks required for admission. Masking cannot guarantee anonymity: a location, username or detail in a photograph may still identify someone. Review your visibility preferences before sharing personal photographs.

What behaviour is not acceptable?

Impersonation, fraud, harassment, coercion, discriminatory abuse, threats and sharing another person’s intimate material without permission are prohibited. Minors must not use the service or be represented in member profiles. A relationship preference never excuses exploitation or unlawful conduct. The Terms of Use explain the rules for using the website and service.

Should I send money or documents to another member?

Do not send verification documents, passwords or account codes to a match. Be particularly cautious about requests to pay a fee before receiving a promised gift, allowance or transfer. Financial support discussions do not remove the risk of fraud. Consult our fraud-prevention guidance before acting on a request that creates urgency or secrecy.

Support and personal information.

How do I contact the team or report content?

Email support@PrivateSugarMatch.com with the relevant page address or profile reference, the issue and any useful context. Do not include passwords, complete financial details or unnecessary identity documents. Our Contact page explains support topics, content-removal requests and the information that can help an enquiry be assessed.

How can I ask about my personal information?

Use the same support address and describe whether you want access, correction, deletion or another privacy-related action. Include only enough information to identify the relevant interaction. Additional verification may be needed to prevent disclosure to the wrong person. The Privacy Policy explains the scope of the public website and how to make a request.
